The company was founded in 2012.[1]

Sometime in 2022, the company removed its Lab-i, CLab-i, and i-Plant solutions from the website, in its place offering the "Cloud Solutions Suite," a combination laboratory information management system (LIMS), quality management system (QMS), and inventory and asset management solution.

Prior offerings

Lab-i was a laboratory information management system (LIMS) described as "extremely versatile, and it is the best way to manage your laboratory effectively."[2]

CLab-i appeared to be a LIMS similar to Lab-i but designed to address the needs of civil engineering labs.[2]

i-Plant is an "all inclusive integrated plant maintenance management system that aims to decrease downtime and increase productivity."[2]

Pricing

Per the company website, pricing for CSS is as follows[4]:

  • LIMS module: $750 to $1,980 per user per month, includes five users, hosting, maintenance, and support; $21 per additional user
  • Inventory, equipment, quality, and document management module: $267 per user per month, includes five users, hosting, maintenance, and support; $11 per additional user
  • SaaS maintenance, support, and warranty: "Varies depending on the complexity of the system, number of branches, number of users and number of reports. A 15% discount applies if payment is made annually." Includes remote tech support, cloud hosting, maintenance, backups, and up to 12 hours SLA.
