History
The company was presumably formed as AgroLab Organics, Inc. in 2016, a pairing of AgroLab, Inc.'s William Rohrer and Department of Agriculture's Dan Woodall.[1] AgroLab Organics was notified in late 2016 that it had won the contract, and the contract was finalized in 2017.[2] The company initially began testing in the AgroLab, Inc. laboratory located in Harrington, Delaware. At some unknown point, the lab changed names to High Tide Lab Company and moved operations to Camden, Delaware.[3]
