King University (formerly King College) is a private university in Bristol, Tennessee. Graduate programs are offered in business administration, nursing, and education. Founded in 1867, King is independently governed with covenant affiliations to the U.S. Presbyterian Church and the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC). King University offers more than 80 undergraduate majors, minors and pre-professional programs. The university enrolled 2,920 students, and it ranked 91 among Southern regional universities in U.S. News & World Report's 2016 rankings.[1]

The university used to have an onsite[2] and online[3] bachelor's program in health informatics, but they appear to have been discontinued in 2018 and 2021, respectively.
