In December 2014, Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) announced it had acquired Bode Technology Group, including its Chromosomal Lab division, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.[1][2] In March 2015, LabCorp announced that Bode would combine with LabCorp's Cellmark Forensics division to form Bode Cellmark Forensics, Inc.[2]
