(PCS), took down the PCS website.[1] The former PCS product v-Lab is now on the ISS website. ISS presumably absorbed PCS into its operations, though no public information can be found to verify that.

On December 15, 2020, Waters Corporation acquired all of the outstanding stock of ISS and its operating subsidiaries for $4 million, with an earn out provision.[2]
