The LabPlus Technologies website went dark in 2013, and the company was officially dissolved on November 27, 2013.[1] The company also operated in Canada as LabPlus Technologies Company[2], though a declaration of cancellation was also filed in the summer of 2013 in Quebec and Nova Scotia.[3][4] In the summer of 2016, web developer Logiq IT began advertising the LabPlus LIMS again, though it's connection to LabPlus Technologies is not clear.[5]
