History
In June 2021, Dedalus SpA announced it had acquired OSM, with the two businesses having reportedly having worked together since 2006.[1][2] As of October 2021, the OSM website appears to still be operating independently of Dedalus, and OSM is presumed to be a subsidiary, though it's not clear.

Opus::L is a modular laboratory information system (LIS) that "ensures modern, holistic laboratory management at the highest level" and "supports the medical areas of clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunohematology and transfusion medicine in hospital and specialist laboratories, as well as in medical care centers and laboratory communities."[3]
