SLCLAB Informática S.L. is an ISO9001:2015 quality standard certified company with certification number ES10/8056 which activity field is the design, marketing and maintenance of Analytical Laboratories Management Software.

The profound and direct knowledge of the sector combined with the most modern technologies came together to create a project that would cover the different areas within the Analytical Laboratories.

Our staff, trained in different specialities, managed to unite points of view and therefore resolved the existing gaps between the different criteria of the computer scientist and the laboratory staff, leading to more efficient solutions.

ZENDO is an advanced cloud-based [[Laboratory information management system]] (LIMS) for analytical laboratories: [[Clinical laboratory|Clinical laboratory ,]] Veterinary, [[Anatomical pathology|Anatomical pathology,]] Genetics and Molecular Biology, Water and Food, Agri-food and Agronomy,

Environmental, Oenology, Physico-Chemical, Industrial , ... etc, designed to meet the needs of this specific sector. Zendo Lims is compatible with all browsers, all operating systems and all devices.

It has been designed with ease of use and logical tracking of the analysis process in mind, from the sample´s arrival to the request that ends up in the issuance of the results report. It also has tools for clients, being able to consult online the results,

as well as register analysis requests via the Internet. In this way, the client can see the complete traceability of the sample, from its request, collection, arrival at the laboratory, subsequent analysis and validation.

In addition, Zendo Lims allows the laboratory to be integrated with external systems, such as SAP or other corporative ERP systems, which automates the process and registers the complete traceability of the process.

Furthermore, it allows the laboratory to be integrated with external systems, such as administration, accounting or invoicing, which automates the process and records the complete traceability of the entire procedure.

Zendo Lims allows full integration with different document management systems too (such as, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office 365, OnlyOffice, Google G Suite, Opentext, etc.) or document repositories (One Drive, DropBox, etc.).

Zendo is fully scalable in users depending on the laboratory´s needs. Free automatic updates and technical support are included.
